With focus shifting to sustainable packaging, DuPont has announced that its 20th annual global innovation awards program—and the packaging industry’s longest running, independently judged competition of its kind—is emphasizing sustainability.

Innovation in sustainable packaging, the company says, will now be a key consideration in addition to innovation in delivering quality packaging solutions. Additional factors such as enhanced performance, responsible sourcing, clean production and effective recovery will also be considered in selecting the winners.
